My wife and I live inthe Augusta GA. area and wanted to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary by going to dinner. We wanted something different from all of the other places in Augusta so we decided on Braza do Sul Brazilian Steakhouse(fka Rioz). From the moment we arrived we were overwhelmed by the friendliness of the staff. They were so attentive to our every need. My wife has an onion allergy and was unsure what to choose from the salad bar. The manager took the time to speak with her and the chef to figure out what she would be able to eat. He even went so far as to fix my wife her own onion free versions of the various salads! Our waitress, Amber was so personable and helpful since we had never been to this style of restaurant. Her recommendations were spot on and fabulous! I tried to take my time with the meats but it seemed like every time I looked up, one or more of the gauchos were stopping at our table to offer something detectible. I even hady little card turned over, signifying that I was resting but I swear I think I was giving off a vibe that said, "Feed Me!". Overall this was about as wonderful experience as we've ever had at a restaurant. We will definitely be back again!

It was ok. The experience was great and would not want to miss that. Our server was great it was only her first week but she was really good to us. Some of the meat was a little over seasoned. The pineapple was great. The floors are really really slippery going to the bar, which is a big hazard. The salad bar was great we liked everything on it.

Food and service were amazing. Paulo is the man. Definitely will be coming back soon. Waiters were all polite and helpful as well. Overall great experience.

Best Brazilian steakhouse In Columbia! Great customer service, amazing meat selection and enormous salad bar. If you look for wine, they have excellent wine menu and the best caipirinha in Columbia (aka Brazil's national cocktail). All you can eat!!! You must try!

This is my favorite Brazilian restaurant chain. The service is always amazing. They now offer appetizers at the bar which is a great experience. Thanks for this option!

If you want the meat this is a great place to go the ambiance is nice and the food is fresh and they bring hot well cooked Meat to you at the table. The salad bar and cold bar are wonderful very fresh and the bacon and chessboards make it so yummy. Every time we go they seem to have added something special to the list of meats like smoked sausage or shrimp

This is one of our favorite restaurants, the service is always good. The food is always amazing! And save room for desserts, because they are also quite delicious. Only warning I have is it's a little pricey, but well worth it.

We made reservations several weeks ahead of time. We had a party of 9 and our table was ready when we arrived. With a restaurant of this size, I would have expected it to be noisier than it was. There were several graduation parties. I prefer restaurants that are not too noisy. We were able to hold conversations without talking loud. Our server kept our drinks full and asked several times if there was a particular meat we wanted to see back at the table. All of the meats I received were properly cooked. For those who like meat cooked more or less, they just had to ask, and it would be brought to you. One of the favorites at our table was the grilled pineapple. We also enjoyed the garlic lamb. Before we booked the table, we knew 9 people would run a bill. I have not eaten at a Brazilian steakhouse that ran less than $50 a person. I watched as one of the employees was being trained. The trainer took them to a quiet part of the restaurant and gave them feedback. It was very professional.

You really have to have your big eats appetite ready when you are going here. There's a pretty extensive sides/salad bar which some of the dishes were pretty good and others were just "meh". The stars of the place is the perfectly seasoned meat being served. For the most part everyone was masked. Especially at the bar which should be the appropriate etiquette but I guess some people still struggle with that. All of the employees were masked including those serving the meat. The sirloin, sliced steak, sausage, and one of the chicken, which by the way was some of the juiciest chicken I've ever eaten, was some of my favorites. I never eat cooked pineapple, like never, and I decided to taste it here. It was so good! I mean really delicious! It had a crust and it was cooked in a brown sugar something. I definitely recommend trying it. We didn't get to try the lamb because every time they would get around to us it was gone and they had to go back to the kitchen to re-up and never came back. The cocktail I ordered was pretty good as well. I enjoyed the food and the experience. Definitely stuffed myself to get my money's worth and because the meat was just so delicious and full of flavor. We made reservations ahead of time, but still had a few minutes wait. It wasn't bad though. Parking was packed but we found a few spots open. I wish I would have taken more pics but I was eating! Haha!
